摘要
Abstract
Using Hefei synchrotron radiation as X-ray source and photoresist PMMA as recording medium, soft X-ray Gabor in-line hologram of garlic clove epidermal cells and its numerical reconstruction image are acquired. In the reconstruction image, the cell walls, cell nuclei and some other microfeatures of the epidermal cells are clearly resolved.
