808 nm波长光纤耦合高功率半导体激光器
摘要
采用柱透镜对半导体激光器(LD)的输出光束进行了有效收集、预准直及多模光纤之间的耦合实验。采用808 nm波长,150 μm条宽结构的激光器件,与200 μm芯径平端光纤的耦合效率高达90%以上,光纤输出功率为1.0 W。分析了影响耦合效率的主要因素。
Abstract
The light output of a LD is effectively collected, pre collimated with a cylindrical lens, and coupled into a multi-mode fibre. The emitting width and lasing wavelength of the LD is 150 μm and 808 nm, the coupling efficiency between the LD and a 200 μm core diameter fibre with flat end is greater than 90%, and more than 1.0 W CW output from the fibre has been achieved. Also, main factors affecting the coupling efficiency are analysed.
