摘要
采用双弯曲靶对接技术和多脉冲驱动,结合新型线聚焦系统,在大阪大学激光工程研究所的GekkoXII装置上进行了类镍钕软X射线激光实验,以相对较低的驱动能量,获得了高强度的7.9 nm软X射线激光输出。
Abstract
Using the double curved target coupling and multipulse pumping techniques, combined with the novel line focus system, the Ni-like neodymium soft X-ray lasing experiment was carried out on Gekko XII at Institute of Laser Engineering, Osaka University. The intense soft X-ray laser at 7.9 nm was obtained with relative lower pumping laser energy.
