氟磷酸锶晶体Cr4+:YAG被动调Q激光特性研究
Cr4+:YAG Q-Switched Laser Characteristics of Nd:Sr5(PO4)3F Crystal
摘要
采用氙灯泵浦, 实现了掺钕氟磷酸锶晶体(Nd:S-FAP)以Cr4+:YAG作为被动调Q元件的1.059 μm激光运转, 测量了Cr4+:YAG不同小信号透过率及不同泵浦能量下激光单脉冲的输出能量、 脉冲宽度、 重复率, 给出了Nd:S-FAP晶体Cr4+:YAG调Q工作原理的方程组, 数值求解该方程组所得的理论结果与实验值相符。
Abstract
Using xenon flash lamp as pump source and Cr4+:YAG as passive Q-switch, we have performed the Q-switched laser operation at 1.059 μm with a Nd:Sr5(PO4)3F crystal and measured the single pulse output energy, pulse width and repetition rate under different small-signal transmission of Cr4+:YAG and, different reflectivity of output reflector. Meanwhile, the Cr4+:YAG Q-switched coupling rate equations for Nd:Sr5(PO4)3F crystal were given. The numerical solutions of the equations were in agreement with the experimental results.
