新型软X-射线透射光栅光谱仪的研制

摘要
研制了一种新型的由带前置轮胎镜成像系统、高密度透射光栅和软X光CCD相机等组成的软X射线光谱仪,摄谱范围为0.5~1.5nm,光谱分辨为0.05nm。光谱仪没有像散,实现了点对点成像。由于其高效率,可探测到低能型高功率激光系统产生的等离子体X光谱,特别适合于超短飞秒强激光脉冲产生的等离子体的实验研究。
Abstract
A novel soft X-ray spectrograph comprised of a toroidal mirror image optics, a high-density transmission grating and a soft X-ray CCD camera has been developed. The detecting range is in the wavelength region from 0.5 nm to 15 nm with a resolution of about 0.05 nm. The spectrograph has no astigmatism. A point object is imaged to a point. Owing to its high efficiency, even an X-ray spectrum of low-energy laser produced plasma can be measured. It is especially suitable for experiments of ultrashort femtosecond pulse laser produced plasmas.
