Infrared Luminescence of Yb3+-Doped Ions in Floride Glasses (ZBLAN)
摘要
根据测得的Yb3+离子在氟锆酸盐玻璃(ZBLAN)中的吸收光谱和荧光光谱, 分析了Yb3+离子在氟锆酸盐玻璃中的吸收特性和发光特性; 计算了Yb3+离子的发射截面σe, 讨论了Yb3+离子的再吸收效应; 增加Yb3+离子掺杂浓度不会发生浓度淬灭效应。
Abstract
Absorption and Luminescence properties of Yb3+ ions in fluorozirconate glasses were analyzed according to the measurement of absorption and emission spectra. The emission cross of Yb3+ was calculated and the reabsorption effect of Yb3+ ions was discussed. No concentration quenching was observed with increasing the concentration of Yb3+ ions in fluorozirconate glasses.
