摘要
报道了用LD双向抽运Nd:YVO4晶体,KTP作腔内倍频的大功率绿光激光器。通过对大功率抽运情况下所产生的热透镜效应进行分析和估算,优化了热稳腔参数,获得了较稳定的功率输出。在抽运功率为28 W时,获得最大连续波绿光输出8.8 W,光-光转换效率达31.5%。
Abstract
A maximum of 8.8W of cw TEM00 mode output at 532 nm has been obtained by intracavity frequency doubling with KTP in a Nd:YVO4laser doubly-pumped with 28 W diode pumping power. The optical-optical conversion efficiency is 31.5%. The influence of thermal lensing at high pumping power in the end-pumped Nd:YVO4laser is discussed. The Nd:YVO4laser has good power stability.
