摘要
利用激光冲击强化技术分别对奥氏体不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti和镍基高温合金GH30进行了表面强化处理,观察了激光表面强化处理后1Cr18Ni9Ti和GH30显微组织与结构的变化,测定了1Cr18Ni9Ti和GH30的显微硬度和残余应力。结果表明,激光表面强化处理后的1Cr18Ni9Ti和GH30冲击区微观结构中出现很高的位错密度和大量的孪晶,冲击区的显微硬度得到较大提高,冲击区表面获得了较高的残余压应力。1Cr18Ni9Ti冲击区还发生了形变诱发马氏体相变。
Abstract
The effect of laser shock processing on the microstructure, hardness and residual stress of an austenitic steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti and a Ni-base superalloy GH30 is studied as a functions of laser shock processing variables. Results show that high density of dislocations and deformation twins are produced in the laser shock processed zone of both the austenitic steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti and the nickel-based superalloy GH30. Extensive strain-induced martensite plates are also observed in the laser shock processed zone of the austenitic steel surface. The hardness and compressive stress of the laser shock processed surface are significantly increased for both of the test materials.
