摘要
利用CO2激光连续脉冲频率的快慢,平均功率的大小,加上辅助空气吹气压力的变化及其之间的相互作用,探讨氧化铝陶瓷基片控制断裂切割的最佳模式。
Abstract
This article investigates the influence of the factors such as frequency of CO2 laser pulses, laser average power and the pressure of assistant air on the quality of cutting. The optimized conditions to cut ceramics for example Al2O3 are discussed.
