遗传算法在散射介质光输运逆问题研究中的应用

摘要
建立了一个散射介质模型, 在用蒙特卡罗方法成功模拟介质中光输运过程的基础上, 用遗传算法有效地解决了因蒙特卡罗方法模拟结果的离散性和统计性使其在利用传统优化方法进行逆问题研究时存在的困难, 从而较好地实现了对散射介质模型的单个光学特性参数的重构和多参数的联合重构, 同时还深入地讨论了遗传算法在重构过程中的作用机理。
Abstract
The photon propagation in media volume has been successfully simulated by a Monte-Carlo method, and a genetic algorithm is applied to overcome the difficulties in the research of inverse problem by traditional optimizations and search algorithms casued by the discrete and statistic results of the Monte Carlo simulation. The reconstuction for a single optical parameter of a scatter media model and the simultaneous reconstructions for multiple parameters of model are realized well by the Genetic Algorithm and a detailed explanation of its mechanaism in reconstructing is presented.
