Study on Energy Up-Conversion Processes in Yb,Er:YAG Crystal
摘要
计算了Yb,Er:YAG晶体中Yb3+和Er3+离子之间交叉弛豫几率,分析了Yb,Er:YAG晶体中能量上转换过程。通过求解跃迁速率方程,得出了Yb3+和Er3+离子的最佳掺杂浓度。
Abstract
The probabilities of the cross-relaxation between Yb3+ and Er3+ ions in Yb,Er:YAG crystal are calculated.The energy up-conversion processes in this crystal are analyzed.By solving transfer rate-equations,the optimums doped concentration of Yb3+ and Er3+ ions are obtained.
