摘要
介绍X射线脉冲光源的三种产生方式及其在飞秒X射线衍射实验中的应用,着重介绍了飞秒射线衍射实验研究的进展状况,最后对实验结果进行了详细的理论分析。
Abstract
This paper introduced the generation of three pulsed X ray sources and the recent experimental progress of femtosecond X ray diffraction, and analyzed theoretically the results of some experiments in detail.
