摘要
从空间光调制器概念入手 ,介绍了液晶空间光调制器的发展历史 ,主要是对液晶作为纯位相空间光调制器的可行性从理论和实验上做了分析总结 ,并对前人所得结论进行了讨论 ,由此得出了有价值的结论。
Abstract
Starting from the concept of spatial light modulator, the development history about liquid crystal spatial light modulators is introduced. The feasibility for using liquid crystal as phase only spatial light modulator is analyzed and summarized theoretically and experimentally. The conclusion that the previous researchers has done is discussed and some valuble conclusions are drawn.
