摘要
X射线的穿透深度对硬 X射线而言 ,穿透力是很强的。对于软 X射线 ,则几乎是不透明的 ,它随着波长的增加而减弱。 X射线的穿透能力对不同的物质相差也可达 10个量级以上。综述了目前已普遍应用以及尚处研究开发阶段 ,但具有潜在应用前景的各种光学滤波器 ,以及介绍它们的结构和基本原理及其性能。
Abstract
The penetrability is different between hard X- ray and soft X-ray. It is very strong for hard X-ray and turns weak with the increasing of the wavelength.As for soft X-ray, it is almost opacity.The penetration of X-rays differs by 10 orders of magnitude in region of 0.01 nm to 2.0 nm.The optical filters which have been widely used or being developed are summarized with focus on the structures,working principles and some characteristics.
