Analyses of Light Gathering Power for an Ultrasound Receiver with a Confocal Fabry Perot Interferometer
摘要
在自行研制的共焦Fabry-Perot干涉仪超声波接收系统的基础上, 详细地分析了该系统的聚光本领; 给出了干涉仪聚光本领、物空间聚光本领及其二者的匹配条件; 并给出在前述匹配条件下获得的实验结果。
Abstract
The light gathering power for an ultrasound receiver with a confocal Fabry Perot interferometer is analyzed in detail. The light gathering power of the interferometer, the etendue in the object space and the conditions of matching one to the another are given. Parts of experimental results obtained in the matching conditions are presented.
