提出了包含非完整光束辐照过程以及适用于任意给定光束分布的激光非熔凝热处理瞬态温度场的半解析计算方法, 并给出了实验证明。
Abstract
This article deals with the problem of semi-analytical calculation of the laser beam induced transient temperature field in the solids including the partical beam irradiated peroids. The experimental results are given.
