摘要
Abstract
Nanometer particles of Nd glass and Nd:FAP crystal were synthe-sized by XeCl excimer laser ablation. The size distribution of these two kinds of ultrafine particles was analyzed. Their fluorescence spectra show that there are many differences between bulk material and nanometer powder.
