Abstract
Dynamic single-mode tuning of a fiber ring semiconductor laser is realized at repetition rate of 1.368 GHz. The output optical pulses, which have a peak power of 3.0 mW and width less than 100 ps, have been tuned over a wavelength range of 36 nm.
