摘要
Abstract
The experimental results that fiber gratings with high peak reflectivity fabricated by 248 nm KrF excimer laser irradiated a B/Ge co-doped fibers through a zero-order nulled phase mask was reported and the peak reflectivity upto 98% is obtained.The 3dB bandwidth of the fiber grating reflectors is less then 0. 4nm, and the side lobes of the re flection spectra of the fiber Brase gratings were almost ideally suppressed by proper design of UV exposure scheme.
