液晶可调谐光滤波器的实验研究
Experimental Investigation of a tunable liquid-Crystal-Etalon Filter
摘要
对液晶可调谐光滤波器进行了实验研究,初步研制出带宽0.3~0.5 nm,精细度为100~200,连续可调谐范围大于70 nm的液昌F-P腔光滤波器.
Abstract
This paper describes the experimental study of a tunable liquid-crystal-etalon filter. The liquid crystal Fabry-Perot optical filter was developed that has narrow bandwidth (0.3~0.5 nm), high fineness (100~200) and a large continuously tunable range (>70 nm).
