摘要
报道了若干半导体微晶掺杂玻璃的电致二阶非线性光学效应的一些实验结果,并对其形成机理进行了讨论。
Abstract
In this paper, the experimental results of the electroinduced second order nonlinear optical effect of several kinds of semiconductor microcrystal doped glasses are reported. The mechanism of the effect is also discussed.
