摘要
设计了新型KTP电光偏转器,当通光口径D=4 mm、长度L=40 mm时,其时间分辨率为180 ps,从而可获得最窄宽度为400 ps的整形激光脉冲,而相同结构的LiNbO3电光偏转器最窄只可获得宽度为830 ps的整形激光脉冲,分析了电光偏转器设计中影响其性能指标的因素,指出利用恒温炉装置可消除激光脉冲在传播过程中的波面畸变。
Abstract
A novel KTP electro optic deflector with diameter D=4 mm, length L=40 mm, is designed. Compared with the same size LiNbO 3 deflector, the temporal resolution of KTP deflector is 180 ps, while LiNbO 3 deflector is 414 ps. The shaped laser pulse with the least width of 400 ps of KTP deflector and 830 ps for LiNbO 3 can be obtained respectively. Factors affect the property of electro optic defector are analyzed. Using a temperature controlled oven, the wave front distortion in laser pulse propagation can be eliminated.
