EIS型光寻址电位传感器及其对液体分析的研究
The EIS-Type Light Addressable Potentiometric Sensor and Its Application for Liquid Analysis
摘要
介绍了EIS型光寻址电位传感器(LAPS)系统,并以实验为基础,研究了偏置电压、光调制频率、光功率等参数对EIS型光寻址电位传感器光电压的影响,并提出了优化参数,为光寻址电位传感器在液体分析中的应用奠定了基础。同时发现光电压与待测液pH之间具有超能斯特响应关系的现象。
Abstract
The EIS type Light Addressable Potentiometric Sensor (LAPS) system is described. On the basis of experimental data, Authors analyze such parameters as bias voltage, light modulation frequency, light radiation power, which have great relationship with the EIS type LAPS′ photovoltage. Consequently, the optimized result of these parameters is given. A super Nernst function phenomenon in the relationship of photovoltage and pH value is reported.
