摘要
Abstract
An integrated programmable logic processor, which is a combination of casCades of birefringent array illuminators and polarization-optical interconnection units, is proposed and demonstrated. All 16 logic operations can be realized by customizing the control states of a controllable (2 × 2) input light beam array. It is compact in structure, stable and efficient for practical uses with high package density.
