独立成分分析方法对时相调制信号的特征提取
Feature extraction of time-phase modulation signals by independent component analysis
摘要
在时相调制系统中引入了ICA(独立成分分析)技术, 根据多个传感器端口接收的多路时相调制信号的混叠信号, 采用快速ICA算法将其分离成相对独立的几个部分, 借此提取时相调制信号的相位突变特征, 实现了对时相调制信号的检波解调。仿真结果表明, ICA技术不仅能够提取时相调制信号的相位突变特征, 而且效果明显。
Abstract
In time-phase modulation systems, the aliasing signals of multi-channel time-phase modulation signals received at the multiple sensor ports are separated into relatively independent segments by adopting the fast Independent Component Analysis (ICA) algorithm so that their phase abrupt features can be extracted and their detection and demodulation accomplished. Simulation results indicate that this technique can extract the phase abrupt features of time-phase modulation signals with distinct effects.
