摘要
本文利用热注入和“一锅法”的方法合成了单分散高质量的氧化铟锡纳米晶颗粒, 并通过不同工艺来控制反应速率, 最终得到形貌和尺寸不同的球状纳米晶和枝状纳米花。另外, 将制备得到的氧化铟锡球状纳米晶旋涂成膜, 通过拉曼实验表明自组装形成的氧化铟锡薄膜能够有效增强拉曼信号。
Abstract
Monodisperse indium tin oxide with high quality nanocrystalline nanoparticles were synthesized by using the method of rapid thermal injection and facile “one-pot method”. With controlling the rate of reaction through different processes, eventually we got different morphologies and sizes of spherical nanocrystals and nano-flowers. In addition, indium tin oxide spherical nanoparticles were spin coated to form film by self-assembly. And the indium tin oxide self-assembled film can enhance Raman signal effectively.
