摘要
基于稳压开关电源原理,采取斜坡补偿措施提高了Boost变换器的稳定性,从而获得一种升压型电源电路。针对脉冲激光器的特点,又提出两种正向施密特触发器,从而对输入的脉冲信号进行整形,以适应其中的电磁环境。对此升压脉冲整形联合电路进行的测试和实验表明,该电路具有输出电压可调、抗电磁干扰能力较强、紧凑可靠的优点,为脉冲激光照射器和测距仪提供了实用的电光调Q驱动脉冲输入级和供电电源。
Abstract
Based on the switching-mode power regulator, a steady Boost converter with slope compensation is put forward. Thereby a boosting voltage-source is obtained. Followed by the features of pulsed-laser, two kinds of Schmitt trigger are also brought forth to adapt electro-magnetic environment in the product. Tests and experiments for this united circuit show that advantages of adjustable voltage, anti-electro-magnetic interference and compactness are presented. This circuit provides pulsed-laser range-finder/radiator with practical voltage source and input-pulse shaping for electro-optical Q-switch.
