摘要
为了有效调整光学组合半导体激光器中反射镜的微小误差,从反射镜成像矩阵方程出发,研究了光学组合半导体激光器中反射镜位置对输出光束位置的误差传递关系,给出了反射镜的线位移误差和微量角位移误差对输出光束位置的特征影响结果。采用TracePro对实验进行了模拟,模拟结果和计算结果基本一致,验证了采用矩阵方法研究光学组合半导体激光器中反射镜误差规律的正确合理性,可以利用得到的理论指导实验中反射镜的装调。
Abstract
For the purpose of rectifing tiny errors of reflectors in the optical combination semiconductor,the effect of reflector alignment error on output beam of combination semiconductor lasers are analyzed based on the imaging matrix equation of reflector and detailed expressions about effect of linear and angular displacement on characteristics of output beam are given. Furthermore,simulation is processed by means of TracePro. The results agree very well with the values calculated with matrix method. The method is reasonable and the result could give some directions in reflector alignment in experiments.
