LD端泵固体激光器谐振腔的选择
Choice of resonant cavity for LD end-pumped solid-state lasers
摘要
运用传播圆-变换圆的理论对LD端泵固体激光器常用的三种谐振腔(平平谐振腔、左凹右平谐振腔、左平右凹谐振腔)和左凸右平谐振腔的腔型结构及相关结构参数对激光器输出功率与模式特性的影响做出了系统的分析。得出腔长较短的谐振腔激光输出功率较大而且可有稳定的TM00输出,以及左凹右平谐振腔和左凸右平谐振腔具有光学镇定器的作用。用平平谐振腔固体激光器所做的实验结果与用传播圆-变换圆的分析结论相符。对今后如何获取激光器优化输出特性有一定的意义。
Abstract
It is systematically analyzed that the effect,for the output and mode of lasers,of structure and correlative parameters of the three kind of resonators(flat-flat resonator,left concave-right flat resonator and right concave-left flat resonator)and left convex-right flat resonator of LD end-pumped solid-state lasers by the theory of transmit and transform circle. It is educed that laser with the shorter resonator outputs greater and the mode of laser beam is TM00,and solid-state lasers with the left concave-right flat resonator and left convex-right flat resonator have the function of optical ballast. The result of experimenting with the solid state laser for the flat-flat resonator tallies with the analysis conclusion by the method of transmit and transform circle.
