摘要
以Na2WO4为助熔剂,采用缓冷法成功地生长出新型发光晶体Na5Tm(WO4)4,晶粒尺寸为2 mm×2 mm×2 mm。根据四方晶系面间距公式及最小二乘法,可以确定晶体的晶胞参数a=1.1386 nm,c=1.1283 nm,测定并分析了该晶体室温下的红外光谱、吸收光谱、发射光谱及激发光谱。根据Judd-Ofelt理论计算了Tm3+离子的吸收振子强度和配位场作用强度参数。结果表明该晶体有可能成为一类很重要的蓝色发光材料。
Abstract
The novel luminescence crystal, Na5Tm(WO4)4, has been grown from Na2WO4 melt. The single crystals as large as 2 mm×2 mm×2 mm were obtained. According to formula of crystal planes space of the tetragonal system and calculation of regtession analysis, the lattice parameters of Na5Tm(WO4)4 crystal were measured. Their values are a=1.1386 nm, c=1.1283 nm,c/a=0.991. In this Paper, the aborption, fluorescence, excitation and infrared spectra of such crystal at room temperature were measured and analysed at the same time, according to Judd-ofelt theory the intensity parameters, oscillator strengths of Tm3+ ion were measured. From these results it is noted that the Na5Tm(WO4)4 crystal is a important luminescence material at blue spectral range.
