Optical Detection of Solid Surface Ultrasonic Pulse Using Confocal Fabry-Perot Interferometer
摘要
设计制作了一台腔长30 cm,频宽6 MHz的共焦法布里-珀罗干涉仪。着重介绍了用该干涉仪探测固体表面超声脉冲的原理、干涉仪的性能、特点和探测超声脉冲的实验结果。
Abstract
A confocal Fabry-Perot interferometer with the cavity length of about 30 cm and the bandwidth of 6 MHz is developed.The detection principle of the ultrasonic of solid surface using Fabry-Perot interferometer and its properties are described.The experimentalresults are pressented.
