摘要
导出了Fraunhofer近似下小孔列阵衍射光强的分布函数,详细计算了单色光均匀照明下的衍射光强,给出了一些新的结果,并对小孔列阵的远场适用条件作了探讨。
Abstract
In this paper, the intensity distribution function of Pinhole Array diffraction of monochromatic light illuminating in Fraunhofer approximation is exactly calculated. Some new results are given, and the applicable condition of Pinhole Array far-field diffraction is described.
