摘要
采用“一体化自放大”技术,从实验上研究了XeCl激光器振荡-放大一体化的特性,获得了自放大输出的明显结果,并分析了自放大的内在要求。结果及理论分析表明,这种系统可适用于高增益激光系统的光束质量的改善,并用于准分子激光器件的窄带高功率输出的获得。
Abstract
This paper reports the experimental studied results of an integral XeCl excimer laser device with self-amplification. The theoretical analysis about the device conditions required for the self-amplification operation is given, and the results show that this kind of device can be used widely to any high-gain laser device for obtaining high power/energy narrow-linewidth and high quality laser output.
