摘要
Abstract
An erbium-doped fiber amplifier pumped by a 0.975 μm laser diode was fabricated. The maximum gain of 28 dB, a bsndwidth of 40 nm and a saturation output power of 6 dBm at 10 dB gain compression were realized.
