Some Problems on Reconstruction of Soft X -ray Hologram with Visible Light
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, the feasibility of direct reconstruction of lensless Fourier transform X-ray hologram with visible light is investigated. Calculation result shown the aberrationowing to wavelength difference can be neglected if the specimen is placed as close as possible tothe reference point source, its size is about the order of micrometer and some parameter aresuitable selected.
