摘要
Abstract
The semianalitical theory of a discharge sectionalized along a gas flow was presented, which is suitable for positve column of a DC or a HF discharges.The most important parameters such as volt-ampere characteristics, electric field strength,electron density distribution along the gas flow etc.could be predicated.
