Stimulated Brillouin scattering(SBS) excited with a phase-modulated pump laser
摘要
Abstract
The SBS excited by the phasesimodulatal laser is investigated in this paper. The relations among the efficiency of backward scattering, the pulse shape, the methods of phase modulation, bandwidth of pump laser and gain length are analyzed. The numerical re=suits of SBS excited with two special phase--modulated lasers are reported and some interesting resultS have been also achived.
