摘要
用Ar+ 514 nm激光作为写入光,在有机膜片MO-PVA和EO-PVA中首次实现了汉字、英文单词及图像的实时与永久光存储,信息估计可保持一年以上。并进一步实现了图像的联想存储。
Abstract
Using Ar+ 514 nm writing beams, we realized real-time and long-time imagestorage in MO-PVA and EO-PVA organic films for the first time. The images includedChinese character, English words and Pictures. It is estimated that the information cankeep for more than one year. The associative memory was achieved furthermore.
