Study on Iron-matrix powder compact of laser sintering
摘要
应用CO2激光器对Fe-C-Cu-MoS2粉末冶金坯料进行烧结,在烧结期间元素发生扩散,形成了微细的Fe3C和CuMo2S5-x相。该法烧结成的材料具有理想的组织和性能。直径为10 mm的坯料可在5分钟内充分透烧。
Abstract
CO2 laser beam was used to sinter green compacts made of alloy powder. Elements were analyzed using EDS and X-ray diffractometer. It was found that the element diffusion occourred during the laser sintering, forming refined Fe3G and CuMO2S5-a phases. Green compaets with a diameter of 10 mm can be fully sintered within omin.
