Abstract
Astigmatic compensation,stability regions and intracavity beam parame-ters of a folded or ring cavity are obtained numerically with a computer, based on thematrix transform theory of the propagation of fundamental Gaussian mode in cavity.Thismethod is simple, precise and easy to operate.
