摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the processes of the interfacial charge transfer between the P-Si(111) and CuTsPc supramolecular film (L-B) have been directly observed by usinga pulsed laser-induced transient surface photovoltaic technique. We also disoovered thatthe SiO2 film on the surface of P-Si(111)influences the photovoltaie response.
