微弱光强信号采样电路设计

摘要
微弱光信号检测电路应用在许多精密测量仪器中。针对微弱光强信号放大采样问题,分析了传统光电检测电路存在的不足,采用S2387系列光电二极管,结合多级放大电路与T型反馈电阻网络,设计了一种放大倍率可编程的微弱光强信号采样电路。基于对实验数据的分析,通过对前后级放大倍数的合理分配,该电路兼顾了提高响应速度与降低噪声的要求,简洁可靠,适合于光强和波长变化范围大的微弱荧光、散射光和反射光检测。
Abstract
Faint optical signal detection circuit is used in many precision measuring instruments. To solve the problem of amplification and sampling for faint optical signal, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional photoelectric detection circuit, designs a kind of photoelectric detection circuit with programmable magnification, based on the applications of T-network of feedback resistance and multistage amplifier circuit. Through the rational allocation of before and after class magnification, this sampling circuit that improves the response speed and reduces noise requirements, is suitable for the detection of faint fluorescence, scattered light and reflected light with large range of intensity and wavelength.
