摘要
阐述了一种由单镜片完成二维扫描的方法,其特别适合于巨大光斑的低速扫描。在绿激光地标机中,可由两套曲柄摇杆机构协作让镜片在两个维度做摆动实现单镜片二维扫描,光斑直径可达f40 mm,摆幅振幅可以大于±45°,利用双曲柄摇杆机构的特性,激光地标机向天空扫描时,会获得不确定方位渐快渐慢的扫描速度变化。
Abstract
A method to complete two-dimensional scanning with single catoptron, especially for the low-speed scanning with large beam is desoribed. In green laser land markers, the two-dimensional scanning with single catoptron is realized by two sets of crank rocker mechanism which work with together so that its catoptron can swing at two dimensions, the diameter of beam can be up to f40 mm, and the swing degree can be more than ±45°.Utilizing the features of double crank rocker mechanism, the scanning speed can fluctuate at uncertain orientations when the laser land markers scan to the sky.
