外腔半导体激光器宽带调谐特性
Wide-band tuning property of external cavity semiconductor laser
摘要
本文分析了强反馈外腔半导体激光器的宽带频率调谐特性,得到了最大频率调谐范围公式,利用1.5 μm外腔半导体激光器实现了1.45 μm至1.57 μm范围内的波长宽带调谐(120 nm调谐范围)。
Abstract
Wide-band wavelength tuning properties of external cavity semiconductor laser (ECL) with strong feedback configuration are analyzed in this paper. A formula of maximum tuning range is given in theory and an ECL with 120 nm tuning range (1. 45-1. 57μm) is achieved experimentally.
