Generation of GHz repeat rate hyperbolic secant nearly transform-limited pulses
摘要
Abstract
The nearly transform-limited pulses are obtained by gain-switching techniquc and spectral window method. The pulse width are 20～26ps, the products of pulse width and spectral width are 0.32～0.42, repetition rate can be as high as 4.0 GHz.
