摘要
采用IPG YLS-6000光纤激光器和Fronius Magic Wave 3000 job数字化焊机, 对4 mm厚5083H116铝合金进行了复合填丝焊接试验。研究了光丝间距和送丝速度等工艺参数对光纤激光-变极性TIG复合填丝焊接的影响, 并分析了焊接结果及接头力学性能。结果表明, 该复合填丝焊接方法能够获得比较稳定的焊接过程, 得到成形良好的焊缝, 消除了复合焊接时表面下凹等缺陷, 焊缝无气孔和裂纹;接头抗拉强度为331 MPa, 达到母材强度的97%, 延伸率为9.6%。
Abstract
An IPG YLS-6000 fiber laser and a Fronius Magic Wave 3000 job digital welding machine are used in fiber laser-VPTIG hybrid welding. The experiment is carried out on the aluminum alloy 5083H116 with a thickness of 4mm. Study on fiber laser-VPTIG hybrid welding with filler wire, the influence of wire feed speed and relative position between laser and wire have been investigated. The welding result and mechanical properties of weld joints are analyzed. The results show that, a stability welding process and a good weld are obtained in fiber laser-VPTIG hybrid welding with filler wire, and the defects such as sag and undercut are eliminated. The tensile strength of joint come up to 331MPa, about 97% of base metal, and the elongation of joint is 9.6%.
