血糖浓度荧光光谱检测研究

摘要
传统血糖检测需从患者静脉取血,给糖尿病人带来了极大的痛苦和经济负担,利用荧光测试技术进行血糖的无创检测研究。通过对不同葡萄糖浓度的全血、血清和不同浓度的红细胞溶液进行系列荧光光谱实验,结果表明全血在720~730 nm附近有明显荧光特征峰,其中720 nm附近特征峰由血细胞引起、730 nm附近特征峰是由糖份引起,且全血和血清中此位置处峰值强度均随血糖浓度变化而规律性变化。实验结果为进一步进行血糖荧光无创检测打下了基础。
Abstract
The typical method of testing blood glucose needs samples from vein of diabetics,which not only spend much money but also bring much pain to diabetics. Fluorescence spectrometry was applied to measure ment of human blood glucose with non-invasive measurement of human blood glucose. Fluorescence spectra of whole blood,serum and erythrocyte with different concentration were measured,720 nm and 730 nm are the characteristic peak positions in the blood fluorescence spectrum caused separately by erythrocyte and blood glucose. The intensity of fluorescence spectrum at 730 nm varies with the concentration of blood glucose.The results are useful for non-invasive blood glucose monitoring.
