摘要
基于背向切割方法,建立了测量高双折射光纤拍长的实验系统;采用最小二乘拟合法进行数据处理,放宽了对切割长度的限制,扩大了拍长的测量范围,使其能较好地适用于高双折射多孔光纤的拍长测量。
Abstract
Based on the cutback method,an experimental system has been set up to measure the beat-length of high-birefringence(hi-bi) optical fiber. The least-square fitting is adopted to process data. The restriction to the cut length of fiber is relaxed and the measurement range of beat length is extended, so that the cutback method can be suitable for the short beat-length measurement of hi-bi holey optical fiber.
