摘要
对飞秒电子衍射偏转扫描系统偏转量的计算方法做了理论研究,讨论了超快电子脉冲的测量方法,并做了相应的数值计算。研究结果可用于超快电子枪偏转扫描系统的设计,对超快电子脉冲宽度测量中的同步过程有一定的指导意义。
Abstract
The deflection distance of the femtosecond electron diffraction system is theoretically studied. The method of testing the femtosecond electron pulse is discussed and a numerical calculation is conducted. The result of this research can be used in the design and synchronization process of the femtosecond electron diffraction system.
