弧齿锥齿轮接触斑点的数字边缘提取方法

摘要
本文以过渡区域的阈值分割算法为基础,提出了实现该算法的阈值自适应计算方法。这种非交互方法避免了图像分割中人工干预阈值的选择,同时能够有效获取接触斑点的理想数字边缘。在接触斑点真彩色图像的256色灰度化预处理过程中,根据数理统计思想,针对具体真彩色图像,实现了三原色系数的自适应计算,所获得的预处理效果为后续的图像分割提供了完整的图像信息。实验表明,本文所发展的锥齿轮接触斑点的数字边缘提取方法,具有良好的适用性和针对性。
Abstract
An adaptive calculation method for realizing the threshold segmentation algorithm is put forward by using threshold segmentation algorithm based on transitional region as a theoretical foundation.This kind of non-interactive method can not only avoid the manual intervention of choosing threshold value in image segmentation but also gain ideal digital edge of Tooth Contact Zone (TCZ).During the pretreatment process for changing true color image of TCZ to gray image,the adaptive calculation for trichroism coefficients is realized by using the statistics as a foundation and focusing on concrete true color image.The effect of the pretreatment provides entire image information for the subsequent image segmentation.Experiments show that the method developed in the paper for extracting digital edge of TCZ of bevel gear features is applicable.
